Sidney W. Souers



Alleged member of MJ-12. From January through June 1946, he was Truman's first director of the Central Intelligence Group, the CIA's forerunner. In 1947, at the time when MJ-12 was allegedly being setup, Souers became executive secretary of the National Security Council. He retired in 1950 but was retained as a special consultant to the President on security matters.
